Popollo Jalapeno

The Goons headed back to Popoyo, Nicaragua for the second straight summer. This time, Dizzy Dave was joined by L’Anglais…JL was too busy searchin for the barrel in France. Here are a few photos of what turned out to be a great, and at times, frustrating, trip. Popoyo is famous for its consistent offshore winds, which wasn’t the case this time around. When it was bad, it was really bad. None-the-less, the Goons are used to surfing half-rate waves in less-than-ideal conditions, so, we made the most of it. Can’t wait to go back…but not for the rice’n’beans!
